I have always had a fascination with historical fashions, especially from the Victorian and Edwardian eras. I love the silhouette created by the corset and the drama of the bustle. My gowns are fresh, contemporary interpretations of vintage designs. Instead of re-creating authentic historical replicas, I take my inspiration from the breath taking gowns of yesterday and mold them into dream gowns fit for the modern bride.

I received my BA in Fashion Design from the Rogers and Silverman School of Fashion Design and Merchandising at Kent State University in 1994. My studio has specialized in custom bridal wear and freelance design for the past 13 years. I have been able to take what I’ve learned from working directly with brides and translate that into my new gowns.
